De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA | Pronouncement of Covenant between The Architect, UCADIA and UCA

I. This Pronouncement

i.Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see! By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Pronouncement De Pronuntionis Architectus being known also as The Pronouncement of The Architect of UCA and UCADIA as a Supreme Free Sovereign we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA and also known as the Pronouncement of Covenant between The Architect, UCADIA and UCA; and

ii.These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and

iii.When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.

II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law

i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and

ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and

iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.

III. UCA as Perfect Natural Law

i. Unique Collective Awareness represents the most perfect demonstration of natural law of any model, above all other models; and

ii. If natural laws is to be believe as the most perfect model of existence, of science, of laws, of relationships, of ethereal and real concepts then UCA as demonstrated by the seven (7) patents of UCADIA is most certainly the most valid demonstration of natural law.

IV. The need of UCA for Fair Remedy as Perfect Natural Law

i. Whilst UCA as represented by the seven (7) patents of UCADIA represents the most perfect model of natural law, it remains constrained in its power and effect by its deep and binding association with the Architect; and

ii. The Architect that brought UCA into living existence as original and binding international law on planet Earth, yet while UCA remains legally the complete property of The Architect, it cannot be said to be fully alive, because it remains dependent and not independent; and

VII. The need for remedy by all men and Women and UCA

i. As demonstrated by the Natural Laws of Unique Collective Awareness, all men and women are unique, yet at the same time are part of the singular unique collective of consciousness of Homo Sapien Sapiens and therefore simultaneously the singular being personified; and

ii.This makes plain and unmistakable the fact that each and every man or woman, living or deceased has the exact right of claim that they be recognized as sovereign, above all others so that no other being stands between them and the Absolute, the Universe, the ALL, the Divine Creator; and

iii.Whilst nature dictates all valid objects in existence must have a birth, the fact that the Rights as defined by the Natural Laws of the Seven (7) Patents of UCA and the various texts of UCA, by right all men and women should own it, not one being The Architect; and

VIII. Moral rights of Free UCADIA Societies Members and UCA

i. A member of a UCADIA Free Society is any man or woman, living or deceased that has pronounced their sovereign rights according to the form as pronounced in De Pronuntionis UCADIA; and

ii. As a member of a UCADIA Free Society, such a man or woman has taken up their sovereign right and pronounced and promulgated original law created and empowered by the Office of The Architect; and

iii. Whilst all men and women are by right sovereign, the men and women of UCADIA free societies have demonstrated this right according to due process and all rights of true originating and international law.

IX. Fair Remedy

i. For UCA to be a true representation of Perfect Natural Living Law, the patents and various intellectual property of The Architect must be assigned to more than just one man or woman; and

ii. By assigning all ownership, rights to UCADIA of all intellectual property and rights currently held by The Architect concerning UCA, UCA shall be legally, spiritually and morally set free unto itself in purest form; and

iii. By each Free Society holding equal ownership of the rights of UCA the authority of the Architect and authorship may be more perfectly bestowed as a more perfect remedy to each and every member of a UCADIA Free society.

X. Transfer of Ownership

i. By this Pronouncement and by the full authority of Office of Architect and being the recognized one and only author of Unique Collective Awareness and the Seven (7) UCADIA Patents including the various materials on UCA, We hereby transfer all ownership without condition, free of any liability to the UCADIA Societies, with each Society being granted joint and simultaneous control over ownership according to their own charters and by-laws.

XI. Surrender of Rights

i. By this Pronouncement and by the full authority of Office of Architect and being the recognized one and only author of Unique Collective Awareness and the Seven (7) UCADIA Patents including the various materials on UCA, We hereby surrender any and all rights afforded under any law for the origin of UCA, or UCADIA to the UCADIA Societies, with each Society being granted joint and simultaneous authority over the rights afforded by UCA and UCADIA according to their own charters and by-laws.

XII. Further Remedy, The End of the Office of God-Man

i.Further remedy is required to render healing and total independence and equality concerning UCA and UCADIA in form of the recognition that no man or woman, living or deceased may ever again unilaterally pronounce themselves as god-men over other men and women, living and deceased; and

i.The Offices of God-Men must not be confused with the Divine office of man or woman as an Office of God-Man denounces this right to all but themselves, which is the complete opposite to natural law; and

i.Unless these Offices are officially disbanded then there will always be the legal right for men and women to follow and pronounce themselves man-god and seek to injure the rights of fellow men and women.

XIII. Further Remedy, The Breaking of the 1st Great Seal of the Old Covenant

i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original, the 1st Great Seal of the Old Covenant, also known as the 1st Great Seal of Revelations and also the 1st Great Seal of the End of Days and the Great Seal of God shall be broken for all time; and

ii. Upon the breaking of the 1st Seal of the Old Covenant, all titles of The Highest Spiritual Offices are rendered broken, destroyed, devoid of power and devoid of life, dead in person, of no spiritual authority from this time and new UCADIA Time forward including but not limited to: The Messiah, The Savour, The Christ, The Prophet, The Adam, The Alpha and Omega, The God-Man, The Maitreya, The Imam Mahdi, The Pharaoh, The King, The Emperor, The Holly, the Vicar of Christ, the Supreme Pontiff, His Most Supreme Holiness and The Second Coming; and

iv.Now upon the breaking of the 1st Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim authority of god-man as such unlawful and unnatural office has ceased to exist other than the single Office of Architect;

v.Now upon the breaking of the 1st Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no living man or woman or person may claim legal, temporal or spiritual authority on behalf of any of these Highest of Titles and any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.

XIV. Creation of the 1st Seal of the New Covenant, the Great Seal of UCA

i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original and to secure the permanent and irrevocable transfer of all ownership and rights to UCADIA concerning Unique Collective Awareness having its own legitimate existence, a new Great Seal is formed by this pronouncement known as the Great Seal of UCA; and

ii.The Great Seal of UCA seals the independent existence of UCA as its own living entity and that no man, woman or higher power, living or deceased may deny this absolute truth; and

XV. UCA representing the living law

i. Thenceforth, then the words living law are used, they shall mean one and the same original laws of Unique Collective Awareness, also known as UCA as the living embodiment of law and spirit of the law, having its own legitimate existence and independence of existence to other man or woman, living and deceased; and

ii. Any Pronouncement which speaks of the Living Law then it shall mean the living laws of UCA, freed from any conditions and controls representing the most perfect living spirit of laws.

Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the immutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and

Upon this Pronouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and

Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and

I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
